The Jungheinrich ETV Q25 multi-directional stacker with telescopic mast is used wherever long loads need to be transported along narrow working aisles and lifted to great heights. Thanks to the steerability of all four wheels of the stacker, lengths up to 8 meters in length can be transported in the tightest of spaces. To do this, the operator has five different modes of movement at his disposal: from a modified “normal” mode to rotation in place and movement in the transverse and parallel direction to the load (while maintaining the direction of the load). In driving mode (normal modified mode), the already small turning radius can be further reduced by turning the front wheels. Benefits of 360 ° steering shift: Choose between minimum turning radius and fast directional changes. This makes the ETV Q superior to any other multi-directional stacker.
Jungheinrich CurveControl increases the stability of the truck by limiting top speed and acceleration when cornering.
Weighing systems control the weight of the load at the push of a button.
The patented damping system during the movement of the mast, in addition, when lifting the load to a height exceeding the free stroke, the speed of the stacker is automatically reduced. The high performance of the stacker is complemented by excellent economy:
Higher running and lifting characteristics provide more efficient handling of loads.
Long battery life thanks to energy recovery when braking the truck and lowering the load (patented).
Work in narrow aisles thanks to the well-proven telescopic mast design.

Jungheinrich TFG-316, TFG-320, TFG-425, TFG-430, TFG-435 (LPG versions, with IMPCO C-Series vaporizer)
Problems: Deposits build up in the vaporizer system, fuel flow regulators, and shutoff valves, especially during cold starts.
Jungheinrich EFG 425K
Complaints: No hydraulics, no engine operation, despite a working battery and normal voltage. Errors INF005 and INF016 (alternatively displayed) indicate problems with the engine control and/or diagnostics.
Jungheinrich EJE 120
Battery issues, low voltage errors, shutdowns under load, or voltage sags
Main causes of problems
LPG/vaporizer fuel system: contamination, deposits, worn valves. This is especially true when operating at low temperatures or with low-quality LPG.
Electrics and charger/battery: poor connections, reduced battery capacity, voltage drops, which affect hydraulics/drives.
Control and interconnect systems (modules, sensors, control units): CAN bus errors, incorrect operation of interfaces, displays, and switches.
Hydraulic systems and drive: oil leaks, incorrect pressure, faulty pumps or valves.
Wear and use: long operating hours, high loads, insufficient maintenance (maintenance, filters, lubrication, etc.).
