Insufficient lift power or no lift movement.

1. Excessive wear occurs between the oil pump body and gears, causing too much clearance.

Replace the worn parts or the oil pump.

2. The lifting jack piston Yx-ring has worn, resulting in excessive inner leaks.

Replace Yx-ring.

3. Springs of the multiple control valve and its relief valve are inoperative oil leaks.

Replace.

4.Excessive wear occurs of the hydraulic control valve ,resulting in excessive oil leaks.

Replace.

 

5. Oil leaks occur between the hydraulic control valve sections.

Dismantle for regrinding the joint surfaces and reassemble the valve.

6. Leakage occurs in the hydraulic pipe.

Change the wrong hydraulic oil or stop operation for reducing the oil temperature. Find out the reasons for high oil temperature and eliminate the trouble.

7. The hydraulic oil temperature is too high. Oil viscosity is too low and the rate is insufficient.

Observe the lifting capacity limit.

 

8. The load carried is beyond the

designed capacity.

1956: The Hangzhou General Machine Factory is founded, the predecessor of the Hangzhou Forklift General Plant.

 

1974: The first forklift is produced.

 

1984: start of forklift export

 

1995: passed ISO 9001 quality certification.

 

1998: Hangzhou Forklift factory integrated computer system approved by the national CIMS council of experts. The market share was 18%.

 

2001: The best economic performance in the industry is achieved. The market share reached 26.8%.

 

2002: Passed ISO 14001 certification.

 

2003: market share reached 35.7%.

 

2007: sales figures achieved - 37,000 units. loaders, including exported 9.000 pcs.

 

2009: On July 1, a new plant opened with a production capacity of 60,000 trucks per year.

Installing Japanese diesel engines of the Isuzu and Nissan brands on the loaders; Nissan transmissions; completing electric forklifts with impulse controllers Curtis (USA), German sideshift carriages, and other attachments of manufacturers from leading countries of the world, high reliability and durability of NS forklifts have been achieved at competitive prices.
